Book a Discovery Call (Optional but Recommended)
Before submitting your application, we strongly encourage booking a free 20–30 minute discovery call with Jennifer or Christina. Ask questions, clarify which tier fits your goals, and get a sense of fit.
Prepare Your Application Documents
Gather the following before submitting. Incomplete applications cannot be reviewed.
- Photo ID demonstrating proof of age
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Letter of intent — why you want to study naturopathy and what you plan to do with this certification
- Two reference letters (personal or professional)
- Application fee of $100 CAD via e-transfer
The $100 application fee is non-refundable and separate from program tuition.

Acceptance & Enrollment
Accepted students receive an official acceptance letter with enrollment documents and payment schedule options.
Onboarding & Program Access
Once enrolled, you'll receive platform access, your module schedule, and an intro to the Academy community.
